Hi there, I had my lithium batteries sitting for a few months. I have two 206ah heated batteries. When I check the voltage on them they are around 3v. I have a Victron ip65 smart charger and have tried to “wake” them up using this. I have it in the normal smart lithium lifepo4 setting. When I check the voltage with the charger connected I am getting 14v. Does this mean it is in fact charging even though the app doesn’t look like it? Is there another setting on the Victron charger to wake the batteries up that I should be in? Or do I just need to leave it on a long time? It has been charging for about an hour. Is there a way to get the battery out of the PROT state it says it is in on the app? I have attached a photo of what it says on the charger app, and what my battery says on the SOK battery app. Many thanks all!!!
