this chart is only for lead acid batteries. You can not use voltage to determine SOC state. Period..... Ignore this chart.

there is an option in basic setting to put the battery in storage mode. Never use it. I believe it charges to a lower SOC and maybe it put bluetooth/bms to sleep. Give it a try, if you need to wake it, you would need to charge or discharge for wake up.

C MOS and D MOS normally is green, meaning it can charge or discharge. When on goes grey then it a no. PROT State & Heating Status normally is grey, the opposite of above. Stupid to me, but then what can u expect. PROT State when turn green, a cell hit 3.65, it stop charging your cells. It won't restart unitl the cell drop to 3.5xx or something like that. If your battery drop to freezing the Heating Status will go Green, you will not be able to charge. If you are hook up to shore power with a charging system, then the heating pad will come on, otherwise nil until battery warm up. You can make your own heating pad or buy one from SFK, it draw power from the battery.

As a dealer you should be able to get password, so you can verify parameter are not scrambled. I had to do a Reset option with the V3 bms that I installed on mine. Won't hurt, as far as I know it reset to factory parameters. If you don't see Balance Status Box next to V Differ box than you have an older BMS and shoud have it replaced under warranty. You wouldn't want to sale these to your clients. For example if I bought this from you and found out the issue, you would lose me as a customer and I would make it public. What more important for you???? In the basic there is a sleep time, default is 300 min, If it goes to sleep, you can only wake it up if putting a load or charge on it. I set mine to 9999 for now. Some have complained they couldn't wake up batteries. Not knowing the details, can't help.

Look like you have the old bms, total junk, get it replaced under warranty or return it. The V3 version has an additional box next to V Differ, called Balance Status..... Also, check what version app you have. If it an old one, hang on to it, so you may be able to access the parameter list. The updated app, has new password that SOK is not giving out. Even dealer refuse to give it, as I know they have it.

Try separating your parrell batteries and see how they charge. In case there is an issue with one battery. Check your connection, lose connectors. Usually, you need to fully charge before you get SOC results. SOK seem to tell everyone to fully discharge the battery and then recharge when you first get it. If you skip this step, you may want to do that with each battery. Your wrong cycle may get corrected too. The bms shut down early, so you need to keep a discharge until you lose bluetooth connection. You may also end up having to go through waking up a shut down bms. Victron charger can do or hook up for a few second to a charge battery of same voltage. Total nuisance I agree....

Let create a group, where each group enter password in 250 block, so noone has to enter 999999 times or write a script to hack it. Let see what the parameter reveal.

Normally, when you fully charge the battery, the SOC would read 100%. There is one weird thing, SOK advises to set to 13.8, if you set it to like 14.2, the SOC will never hit 100%. They blame Victron suggestion of 14.2 for charge as wrong. Nay, untrue. Normal setting: Absorption 14.4 to 14.6, absorption time 1 hour. Float 13.6 to 13.8. Charge is 14.4 to 14.6. All my batteries with a complete Victron System. Absorption 14.6 with 1 hour time, Float 13.8. Charge 14. 6. One can set when it will go to float mode, usually 95% when charge switch over to absorption then float. However, the SOK BMS will stop that setting, by turning off. Not normal at all.

true, of interest to other, I found out the sfk app allows to conect to multiple batteries, great for those who have bunch of sfk, 12 or 24 or 48 vdc

SFK also has a switch that allow you to manually turn on heater even when off grid. They do sell battery with those options, like the SFK 300HP. Switch can be bought, but you would need to be able to set it up yourself. There is a video online that demonstrate that and how little power it uses, expecially when you put it in a heated bag. The heated bag is 12vdc and not ac, if I recall, so it should work for you.

If off grid, the heater pad will not come on. If you are on grid, then the BMS should turn on the heater. Unless you don't have the heated pad version. Check SFK site, they sell a heated pad bag.

You have an older BMS, need V3 version, request new BMS or return it. Unfortunately, the V3 work way better in that it bring the balancer close 20mv with lots of playing with it. But you can not saturate the cell even once. Total cell voltage should hit at least 14.6 once, if not, then your SOC charge can be anywhere from 20 to 80 percent. Only after hitting 14.6, then you know you got 100%, even when cell drop back to 13.8.

I suspect you have the older BMS, totally useless. Request V3 version or better under warranty or return the unit as defective, non functional.

It a cover story, they know they have a serious problem and they are hiding the issues. V3 version help a bit, but still can not at least once exceed 14 vdc to saturate the batteries at least once. One reason why many are finding their batteries not lasting. Just because a cell is reading 3.4 or so vdc, means nothing to SOC being 100%, it could be 20% or somewhere in between. Once you saturate the cell to 3.65 for each cell, then you have 100%, and when the cell drop to 3.45 you still between 99 to 100%, Any other way, false and misleading charge.

There is a setting in the basic, where you can change 300 min to 999 or 0. The bluetooth goes to sleep and it will wake up when charging or discharging. This may only work with V3 version of the BMS. (Dumbist BMS ever)

I bought 1 206 and cancelled the other 3 batteries. Bad balancing with V3 version and not able to saturated the cells at least once. Can not get the total voltage pass 14v, pervious bms, wouldn't go pass 13.9 volts. Can not recommend SOK, bad service, failure to reply. Even all the sok dealer in BC, Canada, totallly useless. Refused to accept return of battery less than 1 month in my possession.
