I don't understand the "Protection State" screenn. I see all the buttons, but none are ever lit or highlighted. What is it supposed to be telling me?

This is the message I get back from Facebook: Member request declined Your request to join SOK Battery was automatically declined based on criteria admins added to this group. New Account Person has had their Facebook account for at least a certain number of months.
