Now I'm going to ask the question again is there anybody at sok who could explain to me how I can go about deactivating this Bluetooth device or at least shortening the antenna so it's not so powerful that it interferes and causes other Bluetooth devices to constantly disconnect for several minutes and then sometimes I have to manually reset them it's extremely annoying if you can't come up with a customer service solution I would like to return this battery for one that does not have the Bluetooth in it. Yes it's true it uses radio frequencies and those radio frequencies overpower and jam other radio frequency devices using the Bluetooth range of frequencies. This in turn causes Bluetooth devices to disconnect including my Bluetooth speaker which I listen to. So go back in the kitchen and make some more coffee and till your little brain is activating synapses so that it functions properly cuz obviously you're confused

Attempting to get the cells to balance and push them with 40 amps is a big job for the BMS. I found that using an old school motorcycle battery charger in between 3/4 of an amp to 2 amps. Charging at a low ampere will keep the batteries in balance if the batteries get too far out of balance you won't reach maximum charge on all the battery cells for the BMS will disconnect when the first cell reaches 3.7 volts. So if you charge it at 1 to 2 amps it allows the BMS to keep the batteries individual cells in balance. If done correctly the BMS will disconnect when all four cells have reached 3.6 volts without exceeding 3.7 volts on any one cell. You might have to do this two times before they hold their balance. And you should be able to get the batteries to balance on the first charge cycle if not do it again on the second charge cycle just simply switch over to a small battery charger when the BMS does its disconnect. The small battery charger gives the BMS time to do its thing to correct the imbalance.
