What can I do with one 100amp 12v battery?

I'm planning on living stealth in a gutted, used work van that I may renovate or sell depending how the next few months go. Ia have one 100amp 12v battery (the one with the heater) and was wondering if someone could help me plan the lowest cost possible build out to use this. what would i even be able to use it for? lol
