It seems in the past we (SOK customers) have been referred to the Facebook group for technical support. However, I just noticed on the SOK web page that this forum is here, so the question can to mind, is this the official support source now?

It appears that this is not the place for technical support directly from SOK. As far as I can tell you should either send email to customerservice@sokbattery.com or sales@sokbattery.com or call them at 725-765-2879 (US phone).
I’m new to SOK batteries, but to me it kinda seems that the customers are the tech support. I have yet to get any response from SOK directly and I’ve tried email, their online chat, and Facebook. Customers on FB and here on the forum have been friendly and helpful though. Chat is a useless and a waste of time. Hope that helps.
