I have a bank of SOK batteries and a bank of Lion Energy batteries. In cold weather (20 degrees F) my SOK batteries read 12 V until I bring them in and warm them, then they read 13:5 volts. My Lion Energy batteries show 13.5 V hot or cold. Any ideas as to why? I have disconnected the charging circuit because I'm aware that they can be damaged if charged in cold weather.

When the temperature too low, the SOK battery would go to protection mode, the post voltage is incorrect. Once it warm up , it would be correct .
