My new battery with Bluetooth and heating features appears to be working properly. However, the device is no longer visible in the app, even though it had been working for a while. What can I do to fix this issue?
I have 2 new 280ahr. One is always there in BT app. However, the other battery is sometimes there and often not there. I know this is an issue as they are identical batteries only a few serail numbers apart. I've adjusted the battery sleep/off time to 9999.
Normally, this app has a sleep mode function, when you using the battery, like charging or discharge it, it would be working . also, could you send me your order details to sales@sokbattery.com, will check for you.
