Anyone from SOK, myself and many other users are struggling with lack of response or support regarding the ABC-BMS app used for your heated batteries. The following passcodes have previously been available for access to the following functions:
Basic Settings: 200010
Parameter Settings: 200810
While the 'Basic Settings' are still accessible, the passcode for the 'Parameter Settings' has been non-functional for both iOS and Android users for some time. Can someone from your brand please help to provide this info to your customer base?
I hope everyone at SOK is appreciative of their vendors. While I have not gained parameter passcode access, I was able to install a previous version of the app found online which still accepted the previous passcode. With much appreciation, I was able to get screenshots of the factory parameter settings to cross check with my BMS so any necessary adjustments could be made. Thank you to Dexter @ Current Connected!

SOK can take time to research forum user communication history, but not apply that same level of effort towards service. That is a shame...

This is not true, you sent us the first email on April 29,2022, and we replied you in 1 hour, and then you replied on the same time, and we replied again on the same day. Not sure why you said no response or support.
Second, the parameter setting password is NOT for buyer using, this is for manufacturer using.
