top balance

Hi, glad to see a SOK forum. I have the 12v 100ah. Its new. I have it on 2 solar panels and its working good. I set my controller for 14.6 bulk

and 13.8 float. How long should I set the time at 14.6v in order to balance out these new cells. 10 min? or 30 min? or more?

Once I balance them I will only set the timer every once in awhile.....otherwise it will be at 0 min. and once it hits 14.6 it will drop right down to 13.8 float. So how long should I stay at 14.6 for balancing??
