I have 2 sok 206 ah batteries, had them connected in parallel and was working fine. Had to disconnect them for a few days to do some work. After reconnecting they only show 13.3 volts and won't charge any more than that.
I have both a Victron mppt charger and Victron 12v to 12v charger so I can put 30 plus amps into the batteries but the stop at 13.8 while charging then go back to 13.3.
Any ideas? Could the bms in both batteries be off?
