It appears every 20 minutes or so that this sok battery sends out a bluetooth ping which causes all of the Bluetooth devices within 25 ft to disconnect.
Makes it extremely annoying trying to watch a video and having the sound continually cutting off every few minutes.
Is it possible to deactivate this effing Bluetooth all I need is the heater.
And whoever assembled this battery left a loose bolt in it it appears to be this same size and style of that which holds the lugs to the top cover.
Now I'm going to ask the question again is there anybody at sok who could explain to me how I can go about deactivating this Bluetooth device or at least shortening the antenna so it's not so powerful that it interferes and causes other Bluetooth devices to constantly disconnect for several minutes and then sometimes I have to manually reset them it's extremely annoying if you can't come up with a customer service solution I would like to return this battery for one that does not have the Bluetooth in it.
