Can I use the 48v 100Ah battery with this inverter?

Hi there, I am looking to replace the dead lead acid batteries on my system ( 4 x 170ah @ 12V, in series) with one 48v 100ah server rack battery. I already have an Iconica inverter charger for the existing system (model ic2-kms5000-48). Will the BMS work with this inverter? And if so, what settings would be needed?
