7-27-22 This has to be the worst app I have ever used. Or is it the Bluetooth that is installed into the battery BMS? Either way it reflects poorly on the good batteries that SOK manufactures. The app has a hard time finding the batteries from just a few feet away. If the batteries are discovered they mostly will not connect. I have two new 206Ah w/heater & bluetooth. If I waste enough time I occasionally get one or the other batteries to connect. But IF it does connect the display does not tell me WHICH battery is connected. Try to go back and see the other battery? Good luck. It may not even show up again. I have uninstalled and reinstalled app several times. That helps nothing. The SOK facebook group that SOK constantly refers you has been helpful for many of my questions but they always say the SOC value reported in the app are bogus.
SOK, have you ever used your own app in a real-world setting? My new batteries work great but your app is a disappointment. Please get it fixed.
I also have the same issues. 6 batteries that connect at random and you never know which one you are connected too. Things that need to be fixed to make this app somewhat usable are as follows:
1) Show the name of the current battery you are connected to on the main screen.
2) Have the user confirm a connection to a battery and STORE that name on the app.
3) Add a new area where a user can select the battery to view from the STORED battery names.
That would be a BASIC start on fixing this app. If that much can't be done, it is useless to those of us with more that one battery unless you have another app that can be used for this information.
